Is http://www.trgpgagolf.com/pants.html a page which you were working on and have since deleted from your X5 project?  The reason I ask is because it does not exist in either of your sitemaps:

http://www.trgpgagolf.com/imsitemap.html

http://www.trgpgagolf.com/sitemap.xml

I suggest refreshing your project on the webserver by deleting all your X5 files and folders from your server and uploading your entire project afresh.

Do you still have a 'pants' page in your current X5 project?  Or was this a page that you were working on that you have since removed from your site?

Try holding down the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the preview mode, which will force X5 to clear the preview cache and update the project preview.

Back up your project, then make sure X5 is closed, and delete the 'Preview' and 'Upload' folders associated with your project (usually located in Documents/Incomedia/WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution/your project folder)

Restart X5, open your project and enter preview mode whilst holding the 'CTRL' key down.  Check to see if the hyperlinks now work correctly whilst within the preview.

If so then close preview mode and upload your entire project to your web server, having first deleted all existing X5 files from the server  -  test to see if the issue is also resolved on the web.
