Hello Sabino,

Can you please write the link to your website? Does the youtube videos are visible?

If you open the youtube website with the iPad Browser, are the videos working?

For the videos to make them work on iPad you need to use the mp4 video format.

Many thanks!

Hi,

here one of the pages :

http://www.morevox.com/web/loops.php

at bottom left, the audio player doesn't work with ipad.

I've no problem with youtube videos, but I can't play audio files (mp3) with iPad.

I know this was a knowen issue with previouse X5 versions, and I've updated to the latest because I was sure mp3 files where finally playable with iPad.

Thanks

Sab

Hello Sabino,

WebSite X5 uses Adobe Flash Player to play MP3 files.  The iPad doesn't support Flash, as I'm sure you're already aware.

However, if you convert your MP3 files to MP4 then you should have no difficulty with playback on Apple devices.

MP4 files don't necessarily have to contain any video information, so you needn't worry about that.  Strictly speaking an audio only MP4 file is in the M4A format.

MP4 is the best format to use with the WebSite X5 Video/Audio Object, for maximum compatibility with user devices.

Kind regards,

Paul
