"Setup files are corrupt"  en

I just purchased and download WebSite X5 10 evolution, but when I open the .exe to run the install I get an error message saying "Setup files are corrupt. Please obtain a new copy of the program".
I've just reformated with windows 7 and unsure as to whether that may or may not have anything to do with it. Do I need to re-download the .exe?
I did buy the "back up cd" just to have a hard copy but will be waiting a few days, possibly a week or so for that to arrive and was hoping to get this working ASAP.

Hi Barrie,

In the first instance I would definitely try downloading again, unless you're on a slow or expensive internet connection.  You could easily have a corrupted download.

The program files might also be available from the 'Download' section in your 'Profile' (top-right of this screen)

Let us know how you get on with the second download.

Hi Paul,

I downloaded the .exe again and the same error message came up again. My internet at the minute is capped, so it is running rather slow.

Check out the 'Download' section and this message displayed. "To view this page a licence of WebSite X5 Evolution or Compact is requested." 
Do I just verify my code somewhere else to view the page?

Hi Barrie,

If you go to the 'My Licences' section of your 'Profile' then you'll find a field where you can enter your details to activate your licence.

Seems to be working fine currently.
