Help!!! My old PC has died, I have a new PC and need to get Website X5 on it urgently to update my site, but I've forgotten the passwords etc from my initial registration. Help!! Thanks, Lou.

Download them from your profile. Click on your foto and you will see your registration and a download on the bottem right.

thanks Andre, I can see my licence info etc, but the only thing in the download section is a free template pack! Where can I get the actual software?? Sorry, can't see it anywhere. Very greateful for your help though!

It should be there, if not add your licence key, in the licence part. If your licence is there then the download should also be available in the download section (could take some time if you need to add, i'm not sure about that) of your profile. If not then Incomedia should help.
