Error 406. Have just updated to v10, attempted to run update on start of v10 but displays error 406 unable to run update.

Hi,
This error usually means that the connection to the update server is being blocked by your anti-virus or firewall package(s). Try temporarily switching both of these off whilst attempting to update.
Being located behind a proxy server can cause a similar issue.
If necessary you can download the latest release here:
http://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Then simply reboot your PC and run the downloaded file, which will install the new update over the old release. No need to uninstall WebSite X5 in order to do this.
Be sure that X5 is not running whilst you perform the install.
