Hello
For several weeks I am not able to update (version 10). I always get the same answer (see picture).
I am using "Betriebssystem" Windows 7 Home

Hello Karin,
turn off the virus scanner and the Firewall for the time of installation
invite you the current version here in your profile under Download
Bernd
