How to SMTP mail?

My hosting company doesnt give permission for mail() script and they are saying use smtp. can you add for shopping cart and mail system SMTP, or what is the problem that no mail can send http://www.panoramicweb.net/newpage/products.html from here thanks

Hello Ulas,
The smtp authentication is not present in the program because it uses the mail() function to send emails.
I saw that you posted the IDEA post where you requested to add this function and our Developers will take it in consideration.
