Need help with text boxes

I have a problem with text box height im creating a testimonials page and if i put in a long testimonial in the one sell and a short one next to it in the other cell it gives the same height as the long text and i can not put another one under the short text it leaves a big gap. help!!!! im new

Why not have multiple text boxes on one side and a single box on the other?
