I have recently upgraded to evolution 10 and yet I need my software manager to download the product and upgrade not on my local PC, but on the server which can be backed up and is protected. it will not allow me to copy it to him, showing the download, so how do I achieve this please

I've read your post carefully but am still not 100% sure that I know what you mean, so forgive me if this reply is not helpful.
You can download the latest release of Evolution 10 using this link:
http://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Note that this is the full version of the program, not simply a patch or an update.
You can move the downloaded file to the location of your choice via USB flash drive, CD-R/DVD, etc. - your software manager should then be able to install the software on your server.
If you experience any difficulty when attempting to activate then software post-install, then let us know and the Incomedia support staff will be able to assist you further.
Note that your Evolution 10 license allows you to install the software on a maximum of two computers at any one time.
