Dear Collegues!
When talking to perspective customers, we often meet questions to provide our Advantages as compared to other Solutions. Please explain our advantages and disadvantages as compared to OXID eShop. If you may provide more cross reference to other Solutions, that will be highly appreciated also.

Hello Os,
WebSite X5 has as Target also users with no experience and allows to create simple ecommerce systems. It offers a complete solution to create websites and is not limited only to the ecommerce and both solutions have different targets.

X5 has no CMS for customers (not yet). This is advantage for us, since customers will neeed our support any time to update data on e-shop.Do you know if OXID such a simple that may really be followed without specialists support?
Also, is there any difference from the technical point of view? (f-e- stability, safety, international application etc.)

Hello Os,
Unfortunately I don't know OXID as product and how it exactly works. I would suggest to check the demo version, if available to see the main differences or wait to see if another user knows the product to give you more informations.
