Hello Peter,

The advertising corner is working as intended.  You pick an image file to use as the advert itself...  the blue star will only show in the preview once the image has been added...  then the blue star will give way on mouseover to the advert itself.

The help files explain in detail.

I've just checked operation in my copy of Professional and couldn't find any issues.

Which little ribbons do you refer to?

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello Peter,

Please try to uninstall the program and then install it again by running the installer with the right click as administrator and then once done open the Preview Browser of WebSite X5 and then visit following link on it:
http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome

It will notify you that the plugin is already present but you will need to install it again.
Once done close the preview browser and then restart it again to check if it is also seen in the preview.

Please keep me updated.

Hello Peter,

You have set the file extension for your shop page to .jsp  -  is this intentional?  I can't see any reference to Java Server Pages in your source code.

I think this may be the source of the trouble.  Set the file extension to .html or .php as required and then reupload to the server to test.

You can change the file extension in Step 2 Sitemap Creation...  highlight the shop page in the sitemap and click the 'Properties' button on the right-hand side of the screen...  then go to the 'Expert' tab, and the 'File Name Format' drop-down menu.

Kind regards,

Paul
