Problems importing into shopping cart  en

I have several problems while trying to import products into the shopping cart. In most cases the import does not work at all with a wide variety of error messages. Even when I set-up a product manually, export it to a csv file, open that file in Excel, do NOT edit it in any way, delete the product from the cart and try to import it again, I get an error message saying Invalid Header and the import does not occur. Why is it that the program is not able to import a file that it has exported? The file see attachment. On top, when I set-up a new csv file and set just one-word content for each field, I am able to import, but there is a problem with letters with accents that do not display correctly. What codepage am I supposed to use to be able to import Central European (Czech) correctly? Thank you

This is how it looks like when import is successfull:

Pro koata od 1-12 msc vku a pro bez a kojc koky. Vysok obsah ivin. Sprvn rst a vvoj. Obsahuje 82% protein ivoinho pvodu.

Hello Martin,

When you open the cart csv file in excel check the saving options so they leave the file in UTF-8 format otherwise all non latin characters will be not displayed correctly and the file cannot be imported anymore in the program. It is import to save it wit the UTF-8 character encoding.

Many thanks!

Hi Claudio,

got it already. Excel 2013 seems to ignore the codepage settings for some reason.

For those who have the same problem, opening the csv file in Notepad and saving it with Unicode option works fine.
