Uploading web pages

I'm having problems uploading updated pages onto the web server. It looks like it is only loading onto my local machine can you advise a solution? I have been in touch with the hosting company and they say it is my problem?

Hello Jean,
Can you please tell me what exactly happens when you try to upload on the webserver?
Do you get any error messages?
Have you checked if your antivirus/firewall is blocking the connection?
