e-mails from x5 use PHP scripts.

Strange that there are not so many providers that support this. It's a very commonly used protocoll.

The problem is, my contact forms does not working! I can not receive mails to my mailbox. I asked to my hosting server and they said: For spam mail and safety you have to re-create your forms with SMTP function. 

How can i add SMTP function to my forms? (i use Website X5 v10)

P.s. we are paying for this program and, the most important things is contact form is not working, because of website x5 doesnt use SMTP function. And here most of the user have same problem.But there is no solution for our problems!!!

Not all hosting server requires smtp for the contact form and the program uses the PHP mail() function. As example with the hosting we provide for 12 month for free with domain with the purchase of the program which can be activated by visiting the Webhosting section on your profile, the contact form works without the need to add the smtp auth in it.

To add the smtp authentication it will be necessary to edit manually the imemail.inc.php file where is the email script code used by the program which can be found in the res folder.

I found this folder, (res-imemail) But do you have any code, for smtp function to put in this folder, or can you please add here some line to show us how to do it?

Unfortunately I cannot help you with the use of custom code since the functions do not depend on WebSite X5. Check if the settings used are correct for the smtp which you gor from your hosting provider and then test it again to see if it works.

So can you just inform me, i load this smptp file, but there is 3 different file. like: class.phpmail.php, class.smtp.php, mail.php. Whic one i have to put in imemail.inc.php file.And do i have to change also something in this files.

You need to add the smtp authentication code in the imemail.inc.php file which is used by the program so when it tries to send the email it sends also the credentials to access to the mail server.

Which file needs to be included depends on the code used.

Probably you need to have the class.phpmail.php, class.smtp.php inside and then use the code as example you find in mail.php.
