I have unfourtnly closed the website that I was working on and now I can't open it.

It says: The specified Project is in use or has has not been closed correctly. Do you want to continue? and when I say yes it says: An error occurred while loading the Project.

So what am I going to do?

Even if I tryed to delete it, it says: The specified Project cannot be deleted because it is in use or has not been closed correctly.

I don't know what to do right now. Is it because I'm using Windows XP or what.

Please I need your help
