I bought Website X5 10 v10.1.2.42 but I can't find a functionality to make my site compatible for smartphones etc. Is this automatically created by this version?

Dit gaat automatisch, wel zijn er enkele speciale templates voor alleen mobile instrumenten.
Dit is uit de help file:
