is there a way instead of vertical log in widge, having a horizontal version of it, in other word, instead of username and password on top of each other, having them next to each other?

If you mean login at locked pages. then no.
If you mean at dynamic content pages then yes.
Let me know if you need more info, but I think your refering to locked pages.

Let me put it this way, I am going to have loging area (asking for username and password) which will land on locked pages, but I want to place it on the header of my website and it only create vertical form of it, I want to put username and password field next to each other not on top of each other, is that make sense now?

For locked pages there is only one login page and this is with text on top of eachother.
So no that's not possible within X5.
