Create New Cell Style Preset in Library?

Is it possible to create & or edit an existing Cell Style Image Preset like the ones that exist in the cell style library?
I was able to figure out how to create/edit gallery button styles, and change the styles file in notepad, but under "Res > CellStyle" there doesn't seem to be a styles file to add a new preset.

Hello Eon,
click on the cell propeties in step 3, modify the color of the title, add an image of the background or other. Then click on the tab "library" and click on Add fore create your personal library.
