Un de mes client m'a dit que la traduction du captcha en anglais n'était pas correcte. on y lit "Check word" alors qu'une bonne tradcution serait "Security code". Comment pusi-je le changer ?

Hello Michel,
You can change it in step 1 if you click on the button after the choice of the content language. It will open a new window with the "content language management" where you need to find the ID form_captcha_title and then you can change the text and export the project again.
