I tested it on a new project and it didn't happen. How do you add the ' in the guestbook?
Do you copy it from a document or you write it directly?
Have you tried to change keyobard language in windows to see if then the same happens?

I tested it on your website and I noticed the same behaviour. I already informed the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v10 .
