At each time I launch the software X5 ev 10 on my Asus laptop Win 8.1 I am requested to register the product. I do that, the feedback is ok, I can enter and work, save the file etc. but at next launch I'm requested againg to register the prod. and have to reenter the code again and so on....

Are you using your program as administrator?
Please right-click on the program icon then select ''run as administraotr''. Once this has been done, please start your software and feel free to write back if you still receive the same error message.
