download google chrome and make sure it has pdf plugin to show pdf files.

normaly x5 preview will be fix automaticly.

Hello Colleen,

Try to download an updated version of Abode Acrobat Reader from here https://get.adobe.com/en/reader/ and then install it on your computer.

Once done start the program again to test the preview to see if the same happens again.
