Failing to start

website x5 professional failing to start, i have been using for 1 week with no problems then today it fails to start, its stuck loading on the splash screem, i have uninstalled the software and reinstalled, please can you help i dont really know whats up

Maybe framework is just to old for V10. Try to cleanup and reinstall and see if this helps.
