Access management update problem

I have a problem with Access management when I press update. It displays a message "Connection error. It is not possible to complete the operation". I have the latest version of website x5 pro and I tried other methods that I saw on other posts but the problem persists. The registry form works fine because I can see the data correctly in the database table but the access management cant seem to work right.

Is the URL of the website you entered in step 1 - general settings - correct like the URL where the website is present and then try again.
Try also to check if the antivirus/firewall is blocking the connection.

According to my hostprovider it is not possible externaly connect to the database (Mysql)
How to solve it I have no idea yet. Change hostprovider?

Verify if your firewall is blocking the connection and check if the URL entered in step 1 is correct. To download the data you don't connect directly to the MySQL database but it is done through some files on your hosting space so the connection to the DB is allowed since it's not done externally.

It seems automatic registration works well only with the premade registration form but not with a customized form I made. In the future you might want to consider to add the option to further customize automatic registration forms (adding fields and such or using it in a different page from login form). Because in some websites I need more info from the user than those basic ones. So far I have a workaround after the user registers I lead him/her to a form webpage to add further details.
