In the shop module it is desirable but not possible to specify the name and e-post account that will appear in the "From" field in the email the customer gets. It seems that the system is picking up the first e-mail in the list you specify for who is to receive the orders in our company (we who run/own the web shop). SOmetimes I want to specify a different account for "from". The set up should be pretty similar to what you have for regular emails/forms under "E.mail Form Object" > "Confirmation e-mail to the user". But it is just who the email (order confirmation) is from that is needed.
