You need to set the text colour yourself - it depends on which part of your site this is a problem in. It took me a while to work out how to do this for my blog text - you should be able to click on my previous posts to see the solution. Otherwise, it is simple to set your text colour when you are typing it into the page setup screens. Look for the icon for this. It is in the Page Creation part of the program. Double clicking on a text box brings up the menu. You will see the Font name, the size and then buttons for Bold, Italic and Underlined, then a letter "T" with coloured blocks. That's the one you want.
