check your ftp address, sometimes when you create a ftp account you need to manualy point the path to "Public_html", log in to your c[anel and check your path.

after you choose your path, make sure inside your x5 program "folder name" in blank.

if you want to upload your website in a sub folder, you can change the path of your ftp address to points to your subfolder.
