Update fail

Hi,
I have tried updating to the latest 10.1.8.52, but it keeps failing - I have tried all the usual ways, even tried downloading the full install program to install over the top but the download fails at around 70 or 80meg for both the pro and evo versions.
Any Ideas?

Maybe not enough space ?
Try download without firewall / virus and set it afterwords on again.
It's just geussing it's difficult to say ....

Hi Andre,
I have plenty of space and also checked firewall etc was not blocking download. Downloaded and updated my Adobe software OK, and also did several other downloads, so don't think it is a problem with my network downloads.
Today the Firefox Incomedia downloads always stopped at 9.1 meg and with Opera download stopped at 6 meg, tried I.E. for the download and both full Pro and Evo downloaded OK.
Have now updated program, but have no idea what was causing the Incomedia downloads to fail...

Great that it worked out in the end, very strange that onlt IE worked....
I will ask Incomedia to check this.
Please make a new post for new topics so the subjects are clear to everybody.
