Search all your drives of your pc for a *.iwp file

If found the * should be the project name. remember the path to it and select it in the x5 project using the select button (with 3 dots on them)

Or dounle click that file on your pc if you have only one x5 version that should work as well.

hi now i can't upload to the internet as everytime i put in my password it says unable to connect check with internet provider, I have changed my passwords in one.com which has worked in the past, can you help? thanks.

All I can say that connection should be possible with correct passwords

You can check pasive settings, and try to set it on and off.

But if ftp is correct and login name and you already had connection and changed password. Then I suggest change password again, watch out for cabs lock on/off.

It could be some time befor password works after changing, maybe that caused the problem.

or there is a problem at your provider ?

Did you make changes to your firewall? Try to connect by setting it temporarly off.
