I cannot get how the script "upload file" is working? Where is it storing the uploaded files? I tried to find any options to set the path but didn't succeed.

After adding to email form "upload file" script I really cannot see its work. I'm getting all information to my email from that form but not only attached files.

Try a lower email script in step 4 datamanagement (left buttom option)
The upload your site again. Visit your website press ctrl-f5 te refresh.
Then try again to see if it works.

thats odd, what email address are you using, general free email addresses (like yahoo or gmail) or it been created with your server and under your domain?
