Is there a way to insert into my websitex5 website, HTML pages from another website not written in websitex5? I trying to convert an old website and I have 100s of "photo proof pages" that are old and would just be used as archive for old clients. The pages were created in Photoshop and are "generated html" without css. The absents of css is fine.

Thanks

Paul

Importing will de difficult and could cause problems.

Why don't you leave them as they are and create a link to that site for your older clients in tour new site. This way you have both and everything will work correctly.

Thank you, I wanted it to a transparent link from the new to the old, guess I can link to it. I don't know what you mean by "tour new site". Can I copy the body of the old and paste to a large HTML block on a new page? I thought about this after posting, if that would work I could keep the css "look & feel" of the new site.

"tour new site" should be "your new site"  .... :)

You could use an Iframe to display the old site inside your new one.

But that needs some knowladge of html coding.

see for instance; http://answers.websitex5.com/post/47412

instead of newsitem.html you can use the old site adres.

Focus on the iframe caode and use the adress from your old site, the rest of the post, specially the firts part you don't need to do.

Or check internet for help on Iframe coding.

Just try, if you have questions let me know.
