Patch to fix the layout of email form

Hi,
Would it be possible to include a patch for the email form in the next update in version 12? Currently the drop down field is not alligned correctly with the other fields.

Also the separator doesn’t work properly. No matter what colour you change the text and the line to, it's grey. Even if you set the line to transparent.
