After a successful activation requests activation again.

Hello, I am a new program owner. I received the activation code, and I entered it in the activation page. After the the "successful activation" message, I klick the start button but the program ask the activation key again and again. Activation is always "successful" but I can not start the program, because it asks key again...

Hello Ava, there has been several posts about this in the past and happens on a regular basis. Do some forum searches using "activation" and "license" from the box at the top. This usually happens when the software is loaded under one profile/user and a different user/profile uses the program.
Some of the fixes:
1. Right click on the program and run as adminstator one time.
2. Copy the license folder from the admin user/profile that loaded X5 and paste into the standard user's profile.
3. Load and run under an adminstrator profile.
4. Load the program under a standard user(that was changed to admin) then change back to a standard user. Then for updates the profile will have to be toggled to admin and back again. (I don't like running programs under an adminstrator profile but as a standard user.)

Próbáltad ugy telepiteni a programot , mint adminisztrátor? Ha nem akkor probald azt tenni lehet , hogy ugy menni fog. Ird meg , ha sikerult.
