Website x5 professional 13 no longer connects with incomedia server
Autore: Kenneth McDermottFor some time now the opening page of my Website X5 Professional 13 app no longer connects to the Incomedia server, including when I click on "Check for Updates". When I click on "Check for Updates" I get the message: "It was not possible to connect to Internet or to the Incomedia Server. This could be a temporary problem. We suggest you try again later." While I've been using the app successfully now despite that message for maybe a month, so using the app and publishing my updates is working okay - but I can't connect to the Incomedia server for updates (and also don't get the promotional offers on that opening page).
I've connected to the Internet without difficulty everytime I use the app, and I can publish my web site changes and updates okay, but cannot check for updates to the app.
What might have happened?

Maybe your firewall is automaticly updated and disables the acces to the server?

I'm running Norton 360 and Maiwarebytes Premium - but have checked both and don't see where they would be blocking the Incomedia server.
Is there a specific Incomedia address I could put into each of these programs to ensure exclusion?

I just turned off all protections for Norton 360 AND Malwarebytes Premium and tried, but I still get the message that I can't connect to the Incomedia server.
