the keycode listed in my license screen is not working.

Is there an error message?
Do you use the license code from your profile here?
Is it about v9 or v8? (v8 is hardware dependent)

yes, using keycode from this profile. not working. states keycode not valid. evolution 9. getting frustrated, all i want is to convert my evolution 9 websites to evolution 14 (which is under the account of ***). for the 4th time explaining this. I purchased evolution 8 back in 2008 or 2009 and then upgrade to evolution 9 by DLC, my computer died last year and had to purchase a new laptop. when i went to install the evolution 8 it stated that the keycode was already in use. i went ahead and purchased evolution 14 (under ***). i installed evolution 14 and realized that i couldn't import the evolution 9 websites because i didn't export them before my old laptop died. i even tried downloading evolution 9 and using the keycode for that. the system states that the code is not valid. i have been going round and round with forums and help center and am no closer then when i started.

Frustrating. .  using the email you logged in here with, a new download of V9 and the activation keys from your current profile, it should not be an issue.
