When i submit sitemapin google web master tool, it shows an error.
Error is - Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.

It looks like no WebSiteX5 version is registered on this account. Which version of the software are you working with?
Maybe you linked the licence to a different account?

currently, i am working in website x5 version 13.
Priya, I do not think Incomedia can assist non-registered users, and most of the moderators are reluctant to do so as well.
A file "sitemap.xml" should exist online or in your upload folder if sitemap generation is turned on. If you are offering imsitemap.html, then this is the wrong file.
