The second time I submit real questions and see absolutely non-competent work of your support.
My last question was about the impossibility of working with the ad panelhttp://may.site/admin/login.php

Why are you closing the discussion? I DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER AND SOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM!

Stefano G. (Incomedia) answered this question to me and frankly disappointed me with his answer: “I apologize for not being able to provide further assistance on this issue” - there was no solution to the question!
I have to complain about bad work, and how else can I get help?

Please consider the post https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/it/post/206802 is still open and accessible for both you and the staff. The icon  refers to the fact the message as been set as private due to the fact that you have reported your FTP data on it.
