Why are you closing the discussion? I DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER AND SOLUTION OF MY PROBLEM!
Stefano G. (Incomedia) answered this question to me and frankly disappointed me with his answer: “I apologize for not being able to provide further assistance on this issue” - there was no solution to the question!
I have to complain about bad work, and how else can I get help?

refers to the fact the message as been set as private due to the fact that you have reported your FTP data on it.
