Advertising Message Issues  en

I had no issues with the advertiziong message but it is impossible for me to publish the advertizing message

in picture 1 you will see my screen for the set up of the advertizing message

in picture 2 you see the preview (from X5) of the message

in picture 3 you see the actual web site that shows only a X for the adverizing message

It is not the first time that I use this message but this is the first time it does not work properly

Can you help me on this matter ?

Hello.

  1. Delete all site files from the hosting and re-upload it.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache.
  3. Check the PHP version of your site. I recommend 7.2 or 7.3.

... no! ... il sito web è regolare; ... il messaggio COVID-19 viene visualizzato come nello STAMP ...
... sulla rete premere Ctrl + F5 ...

... perhaps it was better to open an HTML page inside a DIV_CUSTOM + IFRAME ...
... or with an automatic link of the HTML page in the ShowBox, with extra code

I did all the operations as suggested by you and the probleme substited.

Today I received a new updated version of X5 and now the problem is solved
