Advertising Message Issues

I had no issues with the advertiziong message but it is impossible for me to publish the advertizing message
in picture 1 you will see my screen for the set up of the advertizing message
in picture 2 you see the preview (from X5) of the message
in picture 3 you see the actual web site that shows only a X for the adverizing message
It is not the first time that I use this message but this is the first time it does not work properly
Can you help me on this matter ?

I did all the operations as suggested by you and the probleme substited.
Today I received a new updated version of X5 and now the problem is solved
