I have unfortunately the same problem (in Czech Republic), the window is empty there is only rotating logo Webite.

I have Professional version 19 3.17 with a subscription.
On both my pc the online pictures are not accessible.
I attach a picture.
Why does it not work?
Do I have to buy something?
How do I access my pictures?

I can confirm that this issue is apparently linked to the Czech version of the software.

I've notified the developers so that the issue can be fixed

Sadly Milan the only way back to an earlier release is if you have:

A: an iwzip created before you upgraded (I create one and rename with date every time I open and change the project)

B: a copy of the installer for the version you require (I save "almost" every new version as it is released)

If you have an appropriate iwzip of your project I can provide v2019.3.14 or v2019.2.16 if you require it (but it is English)
