I have links to PDF documents which in the past I have displayed in a new tab.  I have altered these to use the ShowBox window, which looks very good. However, in just one single combination of device and operating system, the PDF will not scroll.  This is Firefox browser on iPad. It's fine with Firefox and iPhone and desktops, and fine with every other browser on iPad. So I am thinking that it might be connected with the responsive 'breaks'.  That being said, I can't seem to find a way of correcting it. Ideas please?

Stephen, if it is only one hardware/software combination I suspect this is beyond Incomedia's control. How old is the iPad (what version OS), does this feature work with the native browser or any other browser on the iPad?

Can you provide a link to your site so that others with appropriate hardware might be able to check and verify this issue?

The odd think about this is that there is no problem with using Firefox Focus, only the standard Firefox(which is the current V28).  And it only occurs with my iPad, running OS 12.4.8 ALl other combinations are fine.  If anyone else has the same combination, then I would be pleased to hear what happens when you go to:

http://test.stmaryletower.org.uk/parish-enews.html and look at any of the pdf links which use the SHowBox.  In my case the document does not scroll, but the whole page does instead.

Hello Stephen

If the issue seems strictly related to a single browser ( and even Firefox Focus works ) and device combination, I'm strongly lead to believe that there might be some kind of issue currently on that browser specifically.

Does it happen with every PDF you upload or just some? Can you confirm that this isn't happening on any other browser or device?

Keep me posted here

Thank you

Stefano
