Renewal not working

I renewed my subscription in october (12/10/2021) as requested (order 164211909) the confirmation email said it would automaticaly renewed but my licence still warns that it expires today(02/11/2021).
Please can you help!!

Many thanks for doing that - I notice however the included Webhosting says that has expired should that be active too?

Hi Mark,
please consider you didn't purchase a hosting extension alongside the licence renewal, that's why the webspace is now reported as expired.
