No webspace available for licence

Hello,
I have an active licence, and according to the advertisement on the incomedia website, there should be 500 GB of webspace belonging to this licence. However there is no webspace listed as available that belongs to me, it only offers me to buy it, so I would like to ask what the reason is for that, and if it is some bug or similar, then it would be great if a mod or admin or someone could assign that webspace to my account.

Back in 2021 when you extended the licence, you didn't extend the hosting too, which is why it is now expired.
