Menu on home page tab or remove or hide home page tab

I have renamed the home page to "about us" but I need a drop down menu on that tab. Can I do that or can I remove the home tabe or hide it?

You can't delete the Home button, you can rename it (to nothing, make it empty)
And change the main menu style background in step 4 to make it not visible. But it will be there and you will be able to press it even if your not seeing it.
You can disable the whole menu but then you have to navigate with pictures or text links and puldown menu's will not be possible.
