James, that's strange, can it be a browser issue ?

Try another browser or make screen size bigger. It would help if we can see it ourself, do you have an website adres?

Thank you.

BR André

Hello James,

I think this may be a bug.  I've reported it to Incomedia to request assistance and a solution.

In the meantime your patience is appreciated.

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello James,

The issue comes from an iframe in your html code probably added by the javascript code you added in the header or another custom html code.

Try to remove all custom html code in your website and then test it again.

Many thanks!

Issue resolved. In "Template Structure" I simply adjusted the "Header Background > Size > Height" to 151 (it was 136). Although it looks wrong there, when viewed on the web it displays correctly. Have a look at: http://paulchampion.net .
