Send e-mail doesn't work

Hi,
I moved my website to other host , and have issue to send e-mail , please advise what I have to check ? maybe missing some lib or need to do some configuration on host .
sendemail command is OK , I can send e-mail from command line

Hello George,
In the first instance can you please log in to your online control panel:
http://bcimport.com/admin/login.php
Use the admin username and password as specified in Step 4 Access Management.
Once logged in, click on the 'Test' tab in the top left-hand corner.
You will find a selection of diagnostic tools which can help you troubleshoot any email issues. You can change the script used and send test messages.
You will also be alerted to any errors in your server configuration.

Thank you Paul , I jast tested and it is working , not sure wat was the issue , maybe becouse it was a new configuration of sever .
