It is possible, with the professional version, make the header automatically move as it does with the main menu?
I intend to develop single page websites using anchors.

no, Header does not move, only Menu will move.

No, there is no option within the program. you might be able to that by adding custom code inside your project.
I will suggest you to open an "Idea post" and let the developers know about your idea.
