The paste special is meant for text created in a word processing program. If you take the text from another source and then you add it in word this will not use the formatting from word but a different one.

If you create the text directly in word where you add the formatting then the paste special function will work.

As alternative you need to remove the formatting in word and then add this again from word directly.

I added manually the indentation in Word by removing the one from the text which has been copied from the website and then in the program the indentation was present with paste special.

Try to add all the formatting in word otherwise it will not be recognised correctly.

Dreamweaver is a HTML editor and not a text object so it handles the code differently.

What you can do is to export the word file as html file and then copy then open it and paste the html code in the HTML code object in step 3.
