Google allows several mobile friendly setups. You can create one of these options with WebSite X5, by using the mobile templates in the Template Gallery and by creating your mobile friendly website. Google explains how to set everything correctly here: https://developers.google.com/webmasters/mobile-sites/mobile-seo/configurations/separate-urls

In this way the website with the mobile template will pass the google mobile site test.

There are 2 option, one is to create custom code which will allow the site to be reponsive, the other is to create 2 templates a web version and a mobile version with a mobile redirect script that redirects to the mobile version, heres one of our templates http://www.x5tuts.com/template/spa and it passes the google mobile friendly test
